D-MER is a newly recognized condition and there is still some that is unknown about it.

But as investigation continues we are learning more about the presentation of D-MER, details of the mechanism, the management of D-MER, and the breastfeeding helper's role in identifying and helping D-MER mothers.

The 90-minute PowerPoint presentation, handouts, and bibliography help attendees understand the range of D-MER experiences and support mothers who experience it.
